The Challenge
Coutts Automobiles were a newly formed exclusive car dealership based in London who sold new and used supercars, sports and executive cars such as Ferrari, McLaren, Porsche, Mercedes, etc.
They required a full brand identity to be created that would help them quickly establish themselves amongst the leading high-end car dealerships in London. All printed & digital applications of the brand then needed to be created, including showroom signage & displays, printed items such as office stationery, invoice templates and marketing material, and the creation of the company website.
The Result
Following a thorough review of their competitors and market ambitions it was easy to establish that a modern and masculine brand identity would work best. I sketched out a logo with the initials C and A forming the shape of a sports car above a modern and clean typeface in a smart dark grey colour scheme, and this was approved and taken forward.
I then applied the branding to all printed literature and stationery material, merchandising, showroom signage, vehicle showroom number plates, and the design and development of a bespoke mobile-friendly company website using WordPress. I created all artwork for sign makers and printers, and UX/UI layouts & guidance for the website developers. I also commissioned the initial photography of the showroom and vehicle inventory to be used on printed and digital assets.
